Engage is a dynamic group designed to help individuals recovering from stroke and head injury improve their cognitive-communication skills through interactions with other group members and outings in the greater Carlisle community.

It can be a challenge to resume previous work and other activities after a stroke or head injury. Deficits in communication and thinking skills often make interacting with others uncomfortable and this discomfort can lead to isolation. Engage provides the support and intervention beyond the time frame of individual therapy.
